Global Executive Medical Solutions is designated as a regional CPR training center for the American Heart Association. CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) that is performed properly and promptly can give a heart attack victim time to receive treatment by advanced medical techniques.

Family and Friends CPR Courses teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation without issuing a certification card. This course is designed for people wanting to learn CPR but do not need proof of completion for their work. The Adult Family and Friends Course teaches CPR techniques used for victims over the age of 8 years. The Pediatric Family and Friends Course teaches techniques for infants and children from birth through 8 years of age.

Each Family and Friends Course is held at the GEMS.Training center or at a location designated by GEMS. Cost is $15. Classes are from 5 pm until 8 pm.

Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers

Global Executive Medical Solutions CPR Training Center offers Basic Life Support (BLS) courses for health care providers. Classes are held in the GEMS Training Annex. The course includes information on adult, infant and child CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Friends & Family Adult or Infant/Child - This class does not meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for those needing CPR in the work place, but is designed for members of the public who wish to learn CPR - time 2 - 2.5 hours - $120 for the class, plus $10 per student.

Heartsaver Adult or Infant/Child - This class meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for those needing to have CPR in the work place - 3 - 3.5 hours - $130 for the class, plus $10 per student.

Heartsaver AED - This class meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for those needing to have CPR & AED in the work place - 3 - 3.5 hours - $130 for the class, plus $10 per student.

BLS Healthcare Providers - renewal - This class meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for Health Care Providers - 4 -5 hours - $150 for the class, plus $12 per student.

BLS Healthcare Providers - new (students receive a BLS HCP CPR manual) - This class meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for Health Care Providers 5 -6 hours - $180 for the class, plus $24 per student (or $10 per student if customer buys books).*

First Aid Class - These classes meets OSHA & WISHA requirements for those needing to have First Aid and/or CPR in the work place. All classes at customer site, requiring TV and VCR, students receive a one time use barrier device & complete First Aid textbook with the course (contact us for further details)

First Aid with CPR & AED - students would receive a one time use barrier device & First Aid textbook with the course (First Aid Books $10 ea. from Laerdal) (5-6 hrs) (max. 16 students per instructor) - $250 for the class, plus $30 per student (or $10 per student if customer buys books*).

First Aid with without CPR & AED - without AED and CPR - students would receive a one time use barrier device & First Aid textbook with the course (First Aid Books $7.50 ea. from Laerdal) (4-5 hrs) - $180 for the class, plus $25 per student (or $10 per student if customer buys books**)
